Event Hosting & Logistics

As Event Host and Logistics Lead for the 2024 Honky Tonk US Nationals in Nashville, TN, I oversaw all aspects of planning and execution. I managed athlete communications and coordinated with city officials, delivered on-site announcements, and ensured smooth competition flow. My logistics role included course design, registration and scheduling, vendor coordination, and volunteer management, while also handling safety compliance and budget oversight.

Sponsorship Coordination & Activation

As Sponsorship Coordinator, I managed all aspects of partner engagement and brand activation for the 2024 Honky Tonk US Nationals. This included securing sponsorship agreements, negotiating deliverables, and ensuring sponsor visibility throughout the event. I coordinated branding integration across signage, digital platforms, and live broadcasts, while also organizing product demos and promotional activations on-site. Additionally, I maintained clear communication with sponsors before, during, and after the event to deliver a professional experience and maximize ROI for all partners.

Event Marketing & Broadcast Production

As Marketing and Broadcast Production Lead, I directed the promotional strategy and live coverage for the 2024 Honky Tonk US Nationals. I developed and executed a multi-channel marketing plan, leveraging social media, email campaigns, and local partnerships to drive attendance and engagement. For broadcast production, I managed the technical setup for live streaming, integrated real-time race data, and coordinated on-screen graphics to deliver a professional viewing experience.
